Dorothy Calimeris, Chef, Mills College
I have cooked, worked, written, and eaten my way through the food
industry since I was old enough to get a job. I started at Mills College when

frequently contribute to Diablo Magazine. Currently I am the Director of
Auxiliary Services at Mills College where I oversee housing and dining. I
will be teaching a class in food this fall. As a fish lover and a frequent consumer of fish, I am also a recovered patient from mercury toxicity. Food never ceases to captivate me; it is a topic that is alive and ever changing. My blog is called What’s
