Text of the November 2005 law in San Francisco that requires grocery stores and restaurants to post Proposition 65 Mercury in Seafood warnings signs in English, Spanish, and Chinese.

This law was introduced by Supervisor Ross Mirkarimi and supported by a GotMercury.Org and other groups.

This is the first law in the nation to require mercury in fish warning signs in languages other than English.

Proposition 65 is the California right to know law.
