Kindergarten students of Mrs. Melanie Blair of River Oaks Baptist School in Houston celebrated Lemonade Day with a purpose. They sold lemonade near their homes to raise money for the Kemp's ridley sea turtles. The students are also designing bookmarks to distribute which show the public information phone number sponsored by Sea Turtle Restoration Project. The number for people to call if they site a nesting sea turtle on a Texas beach is 866-TURTLE-5.
