Dinah Sandoval is a social and environmental impact facilitator with more than 14 years of experience leading community-centered initiatives across the nonprofit, public health, and international development sectors. Her work has focused on systems change, organizational learning, coalition building, and community wellbeing, with experience spanning youth homelessness, mental health, prevention, environmental stewardship, and multidimensional poverty. She is deeply committed to approaches that center community voice, strengthen relationships, and shift systems toward greater equity and resilience. Throughout her career, she has designed and led initiatives that bring together diverse stakeholders to co-create solutions grounded in reflection, learning, and local leadership. She holds a BA in International Relations from San Francisco State University and an MA in Peace, Resilience, and Social Justice from University of Bradford, where she was a Rotary Peace Fellow. Outside of work, Dinah enjoys hiking, practicing yin yoga, and spending time in nature — often ending the day with a movie and a big bowl of popcorn.
