William Loftus, Ph.D.
Dr. Bill Loftus is a retired principal investigator with the U.S. Geological Survey’s Everglades National Park Field Station, focusing on wetland ecology and invasive aquatic species. Dr. Loftus is currently the President of Aquatic Research & Communication, LLC, which involves different institutions and agencies to restore fish communities via sampling techniques and communication of scientific issues with the public and key agencies. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Florida Atlantic University, Florida International University, and Nova Southeastern University.
