Elizabeth Burnham (Oct 2015 – March 2016)

Elizabeth Burnham is a 24 year old native plant intern from New Jersey. She graduated from Stockton University with her B.S. in Environmental Science. She is interested in using native plants to restore stream and forest habitat to improve the health of the ecosystems and wildlife populations. Previously, she worked for the U.S. Forest Service as a Research Fellow conducting small mammal surveys with the intent to better understand the impact of forest management practices on small mammal populations. She enjoys traveling to new places and backpacking in the mountains.
