Shawna Kelley (Jan – May 2015)
Shawna Kelley graduated from UC Davis with a B.S. in Wildlife, Fish and Conservation Biology. After college, she worked in the high arid deserts of Nevada for a nonprofit called Friends of Nevada Wilderness. She helped make over 100 miles of backcountry trails accessible, while diminishing human impacts off designated trails. She loves working towards bringing the raw beauty of nature back to society. She hopes to carry this mentality with her while she works to restore salmon habitat along the San Geronimo Creek and the Central Coast.
