Updated March 12, 2010 10:05:55
An organisation fighting to protect endangered sea turtles is suing the U-S Export Import Bank for failing to analyse the environmental impacts of a Liquefied Natural Gas project in Papua New Guinea. But Turtle Island Restoration Network says there hasn’t been appropriate investigation of environmental impacts as required under the U. S. Endangered Species Act.
