Law360, New York (January 06, 2015, 4:32 PM ET) — The U.S. government settled with environmental groups on Monday in the U.S. Court of International Trade, agreeing to implement legislation that ensures seafood imported into the United States meets the country’s standards for protecting whales and dolphins.
