In an effort to protect the Western monarch and other pollinators, we have developed a program bringing nature to schools. This program helps local elementary schools create habitat gardens in schoolyards. The objectives are to provide students with opportunities for hands-on learning in nature and to improve habitat for wildlife like Western monarchs and native bees.
