Nursery Volunteer Day

Friday, July 2 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Help with planting seeds, transplanting seedlings, and caring for native plant species every Tuesday and Friday from 10am to 2pm at SPAWN’s Native Plant Nursery!

Get hands-on experience dividing and propagating plants, learning proper potting techniques, and/or helping with seasonal nursery maintenance. We will also do seasonal work to get all the plants ready for various habitat restoration projects within the Lagunitas Creek Watershed, the most important habitat for the recovery of endangered Coho salmon on the central California coast.

Please RSVP to Audrey Fusco at audrey@seaturtles.org the first time you plan to come to a volunteer event. We’ll provide gloves and tools. Please bring a lunch, a water bottle, and a hat, and dress for the sun. Masks are not required if you are fully vaccinated.
