Turtle Island Restoration Network’s support comes from individuals, foundations, agencies and organizations that help us efficiently fight for the world’s endangered marine wildlife and the blue-green planet on which all life depends. Our work is also buoyed by thousands of hours of donated services from a variety of volunteers and pro bono professionals who help us extend our network around the globe.
Our organization relies upon and celebrates the combined donated value of $1,554,495 from pro bono services ($980,938), and the 776 volunteers who contributed 20,236 volunteer hours to the organization (valued at $563,556) in 2020. This additional revenue is not reflected in our financial statements but serves a critical component of our conservation efforts.
Turtle Island Restoration Network is tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the U.S. IRS Code, so contributions may be tax deductible. Our federal EIN is 91-1818080. Turtle Island Restoration Network’s offices are located in California and Texas and our community includes more than 200,000 members, volunteers, and activists who power and amplify our hands-on conservation, restoration and policy work.
