If you have an Individual Retirement Account (IRA) and are 70½ or older, you are eligible to make a tax-free gift from your IRA to Turtle Island Restoration Network.

These easy-to-arrange gifts can be made to Turtle Island Restoration Network whether or not you itemize your tax return deductions.

To qualify for an IRA Charitable Rollover:

  • You must be 70½ or older when you make your gift.
  • Your gift can be used to satisfy some or all of your required minimum distribution.
  • Your IRA custodian must make the distribution directly to Turtle Island Restoration Network.
  • Your qualified charitable distribution can total up to $100,000 per year.
