Join us for a Star Spangled Beach Cleanup!
Turtle Island Restoration Network is hosting a big beach cleanup in Galveston, Texas on Friday, July 5 from 8-10am. Meet our staff at one of two locations on Galveston Island – East Beach or Seawall & 37th – and pick up a special grain sack donated by Galveston Island Brewing.
After you fill your sack with marine debris from the beach, share your hard work on social media and head over to Galveston Island Brewing – they’re giving cleanup participants one free beer and 10% off your tab on the day of the beach cleanup!
The beach cleanup will run from 8-10am and Galveston Island Brewing will be open from 10-11am.
If you are interested in helping us clean up the beach, please complete our online registration or call (409) 795-8426. Please submit a separate registration form for each individual participating. If rain cancels the event, you will be contacted by the phone number you provided.
